ピーナッツのみを使用し、当店の専用グラインダーで絞って作られた、無添加のピーナッツバターです。パンに塗って食べるのはもちろん、無添加なピーナッツバターはドレッシングやカレーの隠し味に入れたり、ごまペーストの代わりに使ったりと、アイデア次第でどんなお料理にも使えます。敢えてピーナッツの粒を少し残すように絞っているので、チャンクタイプとスムースタイプの間、あんこで言うと「つぶあん」に近い、それであって「こしあん」のようなスムースさも残してあるような、バランスの良さが特徴です。
These premium quality peanuts are grown and processed in Argentina and are dry roasted to perfection without any added oil. The fresh peanut butter has a warm toasted nutty flavor and aroma with a good amount of sweetness without any added sugar. It has crunchy texture but also smooth enough to be spread. Best with a honey, maples, or making satay sauce, salad dressing too
